Monday January 3rd 2022 - New Year's Bank Holiday
The weather forecast seemed better to the East, so we headed out to Cutthroat Bridge. It was busy, but we parked up in the (rather scummy) layby and headed up the hill. It was fantastic to have some sun- although the wind kept up- all the way to Back Tor. We stopped here for a snack and then headed down the hill and then up to the Strines Inn. We stopped there for a quick coffee outside. We certainly didn't fancy going inside as Omicron is fairly rampant at the moment.

The last section was a little more wet and windy but not too bad and we finished the walk in fine style. It felt like an easy 9½ miles which was fantastic, and altogether a great day out.
